WellSpark, a leading health and wellness brand (subsidiary of EmblemHealth), was redesigning their online presence and looking for a way to increase their engagement + conversion rates and optimize their sales team’s performance.
Their current website was very basic; lacking media, clear messaging, and an intuitive customer journey. As a result, it wasn’t performing well with leads, causing their funnel to be leaky and killing their marketing department’s ROI.
